turbo exhaust manifold nuts
hey guys what kind of exhaust manifold nuts are you utilizing for the cylinder head. i did a search and found nothing. Where can i find the ones that won't back out the head i already got studs in the cylinder head. basically where can i find hi temp locking m8 by 1.25 nuts

I use loctite HIGH TEMP and I use extra long bolts, thread them through the mani and then I double nut them.
Never backed off once......
Lockwashers help too. I use them also on my mani to head bolts.

I used lock washers and I only lost 1 or two within 6 months of daily driving. I checked them all of the time too.

They dont like to stay in place as well after the first use. Stock ones seem to do a good jjob also.

be sure to also clamp the castle part of it so it holds on tighter. Afterawhile the castle tops like to flare out.
