OT, how do you replace one of the studs on the head for the exhaust manifold ?

OT, how do you replace one of the studs on the head for the exhaust manifold ?
I "ACCIDENTLY" stripped both manifold studs that portrude out the head for the exahust manifold...
how the hell can I replace it ? I am pulling my head very very soon, do they actually screw in to the inside of the head ?

You can just put two nuts on them and lock them together. Then screw the first nut to take the stud out. The second nut will hold the first one in place.

they screw out, just use vise grip or similar
