To Turbo Doctors Help
I have a 94 Integra LS BallBearing Turbo...Last week i went to do a compression test here is the result... the first clylinder was at 150- 125- 145- 50..... 50? that does not look good... couple of days later i was driving and by the time i got home... there was oil dripping out of my right headlight... i open the hood and saw oil dripping down from the underside of my hood... i looked all around and notice bits of oil from the BOV... so i pop open the intake and looked inside my throttle there was oil everywhere inside the throttle... i ve taken off the intake and BOV and yes there was oil in the tube...and BOV i cleaned it... what is my problem here...is it because of the compression blow-by or is it because of the turbine oil seal... any ideas...????
If compression is low, you will get excessive blow-by. Check for excessive blow-by by pulling the PCV valve and watching for lots of smoke coming from your valve cover. You may have cracked/melted a piston.

That's what I meant, the breather on your valve cover.

uh, if you're only pulling 50psi out of a cylinder. Probably want to save up for some new pistons... You need to pull the head and see what's going on - or perform a leakdown at the minimum. Either way, I wouldn't be driving on it. Were those numbers off of one cylinder or all 4? I'm confused...
