burning oil at high rpm after using Seafoam. compression and leakdown fine
I've got a boosted b16 and I'm getting blue smoke at high rpm and I'll go through a litre of oil during a track day. I'm pretty positive I only started burning the oil since I ran some seafoam through the intake and in the crankcase, which makes me think the carbon that was probably helping my oil rings is gone and they aren't sealing anymore. I did a compression test and the results were 208,208,210,225 and I performed a leakdown test and there was very little leakdown, 10%. I think this also points to bad oil rings.
I also have my vavle cover vent open, theres no oil in the intercooler pipes, and I'm using 15w-40 shell oil.
I'm I on the right track?

does it look like oil is coming from your exhaust ports?
could be valve seals.

wouldn't valve seals mean smoke at start up and idle where vacuum is highest?

I pulled my pistons and rods and found cracked ring lands on #2 and #3 pistons.
