The problem is i don't have alot of money, i could spend around 1500 - 2000. I would like to get a 100 hp or so. I need a complete system. I also need to find a cheap shop in the Lexington KY area.

Look for a you pull it yourself junk yard and pray that they have a few turbo cars. I found a SAAB t/3 turbo with 106,00 miles on it for 50 bucks. I got the intercooler off the car for 40. The BOV sucks though. Go to http://www.homemadeturbo.com They have some good turbo setups.

When i look at greedy kits they say only for 92-95. Will they work on a 1998? and how much hp do you get?

if u dont know much about homemade setups i would go with a kit... u can find a greddy kit online for about $1500, and an intercooler for around 250-300 and get custom intercooler piping...

Yeah i've see them for 1500 thats a good price. Where do they spool at and what extras do i need? Do i have to adjust the kit or can it go right on? Also how much should labor cost?

the greddy kit comes with a small turbo but it spools pretty quick.
i usually get full boost around 3800-4000 rpm.
it comes with all the necessary hardware except for an intercooler.
