anyone know where the cheapest place to get a complet 99 civic d16y8 turbo is???

what's your budget. you can't really go cheap with turbo stuff. get it all right the first time.

that depends. greddy kit 2000+ no intercooler. Edelbrock 3500= has more then enough. home made free to one million billion dollars.= depends on how crazy you go

well i live in cali unfortinatly so perferabley a carb exempt one.
2500-3500$ is about the norm??

if u piece together a kit and get decent stuff, u could probabky do it for around 1500. Do some research, it never hurts
