Default Turbo build help please.

Ok im new to this whole import thing. I know they they will outrun domestic v8's so that my goal. I just got a 96 civic with a b16a2 engine swap. My goal is to have a daily driver around 400hp. I know im gonna have to go turbo. Could someone give me a good parts list on there build so i can start ordering parts. I don't mind piecing it together as well. Guess im gonna need a forged bottom end to right? Do i need to turn crank when i do all this? Thanks for all your help

Yea thats a horrible goal. 400 hp seems like a goal but i doubt you need much over 300 to beat a suprcharged silverado. What is youre spending limit?

If you need a parts list then its clear you have done zero research.

Really have not set up limits yet. just started saving so i can buy parts 1 at a time. probably no more than 4 grand tho if possible?? What would it cost to get those numbers?

if its 4k then you should keep it at 300ish on pump gas. YOu wont have enough cash there to upgrade the block if you buy a quality turbo kit

Turbo kit-2500-3000$- for a good kit...Go autoworks is a good option
Injectors- 300-500$ (dending on brand)
Managment - S300 is 500$ (+/- varies depending youre choice + install and obd1 ECU if you dont have one already)
Fuel pump- 100$
Tuning- 400$ +/-

Thats around 4500 max right there

That will get you a realiable 300whp (if youre stock block is healthy). Anymore you will need to upgrade internals.

YOu need to do a little more research then come on here and saying you just want to be a supercharged silverado. Plus no offense but doesnt make you look too intelligent either. If you have more of a game plan more people would be willing to helpout. If you researched you wouldnt need to be spoon fed (if you even get a response)
