LOL. I think you found your problem. You have no fuel management. You're probably going into limp mode when the ECU reads boost. Get some mgmt ASAP. I would not drive the car like it is.

Could be a couple of things.

Im sure this isn't it but I had this problem with my wastegate. I forgot to put the ring in the bottom of it and it fluttered open/close. So, maybe thats it.

The stuttering, well is the car tuned?

Possibly an exhaust leak, is it seeing full power? Check all your bolts, retighten all of them. This is a common occurance. From just talking with a few people its commonly the turbo/manifold bolts. But check them all...it won't hurt checking all these things, it'll help narrow it down.

Maybe not getting enough fuel, whats your entire setup?

get some fuel management. fuel is the most important thing in boosting

Its called detonation... it kills motors... get some fuel management..

I can't believe your driving around with a stock fuel system..

You my friend need to read up on some things. Your going to blow your car up very soon. Your setup isn't safe and if you are driving you definately shouldn't be boosting. I give you another week if you keep driving it.....

Be smart. Get some engine management, learn about turbo setups, goodluck.
