Turbo bluez...install issues
well, i'm trying to get my AFC hack in to complete my install, but i can't seem to get the 450cc injectors in my block. The 2 o rings are way off in size and i don't think i can shove it in. Do I need to leave both the stock honda o ring and the mitsubishi o ring in? Can i just use the o ring that is in the block and stick the injector in? Also, which color is the signal wire on the mitsubishi injectors? Mine are all different colors. Can I just do, all left = ground, right = signal? One other thing, I bought this set of dsm injectors off another h-t member and one of the bottoms of the injectors is cracked. It is split almost all the way around, no gaps, but definitely cracked. Do I need to fix this or can i just use it like that. Its the rubber part on the bottom with the hole on the bottom of it.
thanks guys,
should be done tommorow
also, can't figure out how to mount the fmic....
jbweld a L bracket??

You should get new o2 rings from acura, and bore them out a little to make them fit the 450cc.
The wiring as i know for the rc injecotrs does not matter. so, i am assuming it does not matter for the dsm injecotrs.
the bottom of the injector being cracked would worry me, about the flow of the fuel. it may spray the fuel all over.

You WONT know until you wash you cylinder out and ruin your rings causing extreme blowby. I guess you could try to start the car and hold them into a container to watch their spray pattern.

If it is the black rubberish-plastic at the end of the injector that is cracked you should be fine, you want to make sure that the metal pin on the inside of that is not damaged. On the +/- thing, it doesn't matter on the injector, either way will work.
