I put on my apexi turb kit, and DHR head this weekend and started it and it is blowing hella smoke. I pulled of the intercooler piping and there was quite a bit of oil in it. I am guessing my seals are bad. I don't know what the actual turbo is, but I do know that it probably needs to be rebuilt. I am in the minnesota area, so if anybody knows where I could get it done it would be a huge help.

 

sounds like your seals to me also, im not sure of any turbo rebuilders up north but you can contact majestic turbo in waco tx. i believe there turn around is 3 days(but not sure) . http://www.majesticturbo.com/ 1800-231-5566. after checking the site they offer one day turn around if they receive it in the am

 

heard bad things about majestic...also my friend got a turbo rebuilt there and it smokes like a ****...

Thanks for the help, one more thing, I am not sure what kind of apexi turbo. I know that it is ball bearing, and it says IHI TURBO on the housing, but there are no part numbers, serial numbers, or anything. There is a badge for it but it is blank. I also know that they dicontinued it a year or so ago. Can anybody help me with this????/
