Default turbo b20

So my buddy boosted his b20 integra. I have a couple of things im not sure about.

1. He has a golden eagle vacuum block,he ran separate lines to everything from the golden eagle manifold. Will that work?

2. The waste gate is open dump tube right now and it is always letting exhaust out even at idle. should it be closed till the max boost is reached with the spring then open. its a 6.5lbs spring

3. Hes using a t3/t4 57 trim is that to big for a stock low c/r b20?

Depends on what you mean. I have a vac block, and used it as a source for my bov,wg,boost gauge,and fuel press gauge, so yea you can use it for multiple vac sources.
Second, i would always try to run a w/g dump tube for two reasons: one, to keep hot *** air out of your engine compartment where your intake and radiator are, and two, there is more power to be had.
I don't think it should be releasing air at all times man, is it used?
Last, yes a t3/t4 57 trim is fine for a b20, that's what i have on mine, and it's great.

he's probably missing the fire ring under the wastegate.
