First of all, dont make your power goals in terms of boost....rather, make them in terms of whp. Which for a stock B16 (and most other B series) is around 300whp on the stock block.

Every turbo is going to make a different amount of power at each PSI. I wouldn't push it much beyond 300whp for a DD.
Also you need to make sure your motor is healthy enough for boost.
You need to set a goal for your whp then pick your parts accordingly.

what they said you should have no problem building a 12sec daily just do your home work ask questions and the most important part is find a tuner u can trust.
And dont go cheap on tunning pay the extra money for the dyno tune so you no exaclty what your cars doing.

NO.
If you're going to buy parts, get quality ones the first time. You can piece a turbo setup together very easily. If you want to use Ebay IC piping, an Ebay IC and an Ebay bov, that's fine. The other parts are total garbage though. I would search through the marketplace and see what's out there.
Just know that if you skimp on buying good parts, you're more than likely going to have problems.
