Anyone have any suggestions why my turbo is only pushing 5lbs of boost and there is a 9lb spring in my wastegate? The autometer gauge I am using is only reading 5 lbs a full throttle in 3rd gear and I know that the autometer gauges are not the most accuarate but my car just isnt pulling the way is should be ... it dyno 163 to the wheels that is horrible for a 99 civic si with t3/t4 turbo ... any idea why I am making such shitty power and have no pull in the car?

 

If you have really restricted exhaust it will do that.

 

You might want to check for leaks. I had a small leak and was only able to boost like 3psi when I had the boost controller set at 7psi

 

check for loose couplers on your charge piping.
