Check all your piping for leaks. What about wastegate it's not opening early is it? Do you have a boost gauge? Blow off valve? It's not stuck open? Check those things.

did u add turbo fuild?
j/k i'm having the same problem.. i've narrowed it down to a leak in my intercooler.. and wornout rubber hoses.. they expand to much. check all your piping.. you really need a boost gauge if you don't have one

Drive the car (don't rev it) j/k.
Go over lines to intercooler like mentioned above. Always double check.
Check lines to boost controller and from wastegate or BOV and make sure they are connected. Most of the time the air escapes from an overlooked path.

It should boost but you never know. The air is going to take the path of least resistance which is any leak at all. You probably have multiple leaks. Were not bagging on your setup or your ability or anything but it has to be leaks. Another thing to check would be the exhaust manifold and turbo gastkets. If you've got a big leak there you wont get spool either.

No bolts huh, lol. You might want to check out your gasket now. That much leakage could damage the gasket. Also tighten up your exhaust you need the back pressure.
