word
the diameter of your exhaust can greatly affect your tune...for instance
if you were tuned with a stock exhaust system and a standard t3/t4..lets say a 60 trim. the stock exhaust is causing a restriction, so when you get tuned it will only be creating so much boost in certain points of the powerband.
now...say with the same setup...you threw on a 3 inch, the turbo would be able to spool quicker...because of the free'd up exhaust...causing more boost earlier and in spots of the powerband that were only seeing so much boost with the stock system.
you would not be tuned - you would have a different powerband pretty much.
anytime you do anything "major" (ie. exhaust, downpipe, turbo, intake manifold, etc) to your engine after youve been tuned, you should retune.
goodluck

Re: turbo? (eatbieodie2)
Do you have an injector leak?....pull the fuel rail off and make sure the seals at the top of the injectors are still intact and not ripped. You also might wanna check timing?
