Those are the only ways that I've heard of. Unless of course you go back to selecting a manifold, and turbo. Once you have made your selection, it is going to mostly be found in the tuning.

Cam timing is HUGE... get at least an adjustable exhaust cam gear.
We took a TD06-20G MR2 turbo with the cams degreed and it made 200ft/lbs by 3500rpm. With 7 degree exhaust cam change it made the same 200ft/lbs at 2850.... your torque will drop off up top by doing this, but for a daily driver that doesn't see redline much, it's a huge seat-of-the-pants adjustment.

the cam gear thing works pretty good probably go back to that and lower the rev limit. messing with all the fuel and timing just doesnt seem to make a noticable difference. dunno
