Default Cam timing?

I just recieved my turbo kit and was wondering if cam timing will make a defference or hurt me. I have AEM cam gears set in tune with my old NA setup. Now with the turbo will it hurt me or should I set it back to 0 degrees. Intake cam is about +3 and exhaust cam is about -2. Also my timing is advanced with my ITC controller, and I know that I'll need to retard my timing for boost also.
