Generally you can find stock P75 ECUs cheaper than a P28...since your car is an LS, you dont need VTEC. Besides...now Hondata has the option to use various outputs on the Non VTEC ECUs to run and activate VTEC if needed.
Also...dont rule out the option of NEPTUNE RTP if you are considering Hondata S300
