Default Tuning question

i called up a shop and asked for dyno tunning. they said i need a s-afc to get it tuned...

what i have:

b18b turbo t3/t4

management: p75 obd1 ecu with Crome chipped...also have a hondata s200b if they don't have crome program

running with rc 440 and walbro 255 fuel pump.

he said i need the afc to get it tuned right, i've searched and most people don't like afc. how come they want me to get one? do you recommend this shop or not?

^^ I agree.
The SAFC is really easy to use, but that shop is steering you wrong if you're running boost.

Take your car some place else! Safc is garbage when you have the use of "free" programs.

I agree.

Bubba in the LB tuned my Ker with HondataB and no probs with him saying he couldn't tune it.

You have two good options in hand to tune your ride.

Don't use a Safc

Adding a Safc makes perfect sense to me.If you just wanted to add worthless crap for the sake of worthless crap.

Just use either the Hondata or Crome.
