I tune Uberdata, and I'm located in Asheville, NC.

I do 95% street tuning for low psi setups, but have local dyno access at Blue Ridge Automotive if you want to go that route.

So what is Uberdata exactly? About how much does it cost? I just bought a turbo kit but it didn't come with any electronical stuff. What all would I need. THanks for your time. Keep in touch to help me with questions, If you don't care.

Uberdata is a freeware application for the OBD1 Honda ECU, it generates Honda code so your ECU acts like a standalone. All that is required is a chip burner or ROMulator or somesuch to burn chips, and a socketed ECU.

Does this sound at all familiar, without the pricetag?

Kinda. Where could I get the stuff I need? I should have some money to spend here in a month.

Read the Uberdata FAQ first, to make sure you know what you're getting into, asking around this forum will also be helpful as there are a number of Uberdata users here. Then, I'd recommend http://www.batronix,com as an inexpensive reliable chip burner. http://www.willem.org has some reliable if slightly less user friendly units available for about half the Batronix price - check eBay for Willem's.

http://www.pgmfi.org is always a good resource for the Honda ECU, too.

Whether you want to DIY or have me do it makes no difference, my advice is free either way.

9 psi + blown hg = 03 Cobra w/ 16 psi pulley.

It's been over a year since the cooling system started pressurizing to an insane level, two upper radiator hoses, the u-shaped bypass on the back of the intake mani, and lower rad hose blew out once. She doesn't get fixed until she blows.

If you want to make a day trip out of it you could drive to greensboro, NC and get it tuned at Turbo Tune. Mark(the tuner) is the ******* man. He tunes the *** racing srt4 and he tuned jason hunts 9 second daily driven crx . Anyway i dont know if you want to drive that far but it would be WELL worth it.
