Default Setup for a B16A1 (Boost and Meth injection)

Hey people,
im helping a friend of mine with his turbo setup, this is his setup at this moment. is there a thing in the list we should upgrade or something whe should watch out for.

Turbo Setup:
* T3 turbo
* Equal length Header (B16/B18)
* 35 mm Tail wastegate
* Blow off Valve ( turboxs ??? dont know )
* Downpipe with wastegate fitting 2.50" (v2a Stainless steel)
* Charge piping 2,25" (v2a ss)
* SSteel oil lines
* Methanol turboCooler (incl. 20 Ltr Methanol)
* Vortech 12:1 FMU ( this will be removed )
* Walbro 255 intank fuelpump
* Div. silicon Hoses and Couplers

We want to run this setup with a stock block a 8 psi and after we installed a sureguard to around 12 psi without the FMU and with 450 cc injectors with a OBD0 to OBD1 conversion and using Uberdata on a p30 ecu.

This setup was bought from a guy who had money troubles, so we diddnt choose the parts for this setup. so all the comments about the parts are welcome.

some pics made by previous owner.

What kind of manifold is that? It looks like an SSAutoChrome, which I don't have any personal experience with, but from what I've heard, they are peices of ****. Everything else looks ok though

Just have the manifold braced (weld some support brackets to take the weight off the manifold)

the manifolds sometimes hjold up its kind of a give or take but so far the turbos all trash out in the 1st month.

its recommended by J. davis to get it balanced locally and itll be a godo turbo.

The manifold is fine if you brace the turbo and exhaust properly. Well, except for boost creep issues. The turbos are terrible but I have heard of them working fine after a professional rebuild and dynamic balancing.

...And I hope you aren't injecting methanol. Methanol vapor will kill you.

Yes, Ethanol is harmless. Methanol is deadly. After your body absorbs it is starts eating away at your nerves. The optic nerve is the first to go. First blindness, then numbess, then death.

Also Ethanol is easier to get and has the same chemical properties.

I know several people running master power turbos for some miles without issue, there's nothing wrong with them. Meth is a better fuel than Ethanol, you'll make more power running it than you will running ethanol. Be very careful around the stuff and you'll be fine.

And ill send the turbo to be Balanced just to be sure that i dont get anny troubles.

Does annyone know what kind of Blowoff valve that is?

There's a half empty 55 gallon drum of meth sitting in my garage right now, me and both of my room mates arn't blind so I think you'll do fine with meth IIRC Meth is usually cheaper than Ethanol too.

That hole kit is junk
I bet the WG is not even tial. If it is than that is the only thing I would keep.
This looks EXACTLY like the ssautocrome Ebay sales. I am actually pretty sure it is.
They make there own WG/and BOV that are look alikes and work poorly
If you got it used I woud say its proly already fuxxed.
I would pay maybe 300$ for all that (only if it was a real tial)
