My Turbo Type R setup...
UPDATED W/ Pics below...
I'm just bored at work as usual and wanted to post my setup for all you boost guru's and novice's alike. Oh, and for the record, I'm going to run 6.5psi and no standalone YET. I plan on running this exact setup for a year or maybe even two before I build the motor for atleast 400whp later on. Feel free to critique etc
-Turbonetics 60-1 HIFI Turbo
-Rev Hard Manifold
-Custom FMIC, Large, exact dimensions are not in front of me
-Custom M&S Production 2.5" mandrel charge and IC piping
-Tial 35mm WG w/ .45 bar spring
-Tial BOV
-2.5" Mandrel bent M&S Production DP
-Missing Link Check valve
-Vortech 12:1 FMU
-Accel High flow inline Fuel pump w/ custom Steel braided lines
Thats all I can think of at this time, I believe thats it. I did all the wrenching etc. on this whole setup. It's taken me longer than I had hoped due to waitng on some parts and waiting on the $$ needed to tie up the loose ends etc. And when all is said and done I'll have WAY less invested than any predesigned kits on the market and better components as well That was all made possible by a lot of searching for good deals, and a few friends that were willing to give me some sweet deals on parts. She should be on the road Wednesday(fingers crossed).
Thanks, so whatcha think? Pics will follow as soon as tomorrow I hope.

Re: My Turbo Type R setup... (01ITR#700)
i'd get everything with these changes:
inlinepro manifold
smaller intercooler
s-afc
and maybe a set of 310 injectors to be safer.

Updated Pics!
The car is still not done, but close. I received my WG and BOV fron Viren yesterday right on schedule as he promised. I wanted to thank him for the awesome customer service and great deal. I bolted on the WG, and the car fired right up, no oil or fuel leaks. Now I just have to run about a foot of pipe from the upper charge pipe you can see down to the Intercooler pipe and I'm done.

60-1 HIFI, a very tight fit. Block shaving and trimming of the fan shroud and the blades was needed:

Re: My Turbo Type R setup... (jballou)
Thanks for the feedback guys. I got the car running, and it runs extremely well, and it's only currently at 4psi. I runs strong and I beat a modded Eclipse GSX, and beat my roomates supercharged Lumina Z34.(no I do not condone street racing, but these were done on backroads with no cross streets or traffic)
I got the intercooler at PFI as well as a few other components. I plan on sticking with 4psi for a short time then going up to 6.5psi for good. I definately plan on going with some 310's and an 8:1 FMU sometime. I'll have timeslips and dyno charts hopefully in the next week or two.
Thanks.

Re: My Turbo Type R setup... (Shaft TypeC)
Did you get the dimensions on the FMIC yet? I'd like to know.

The IC core is about 20"x7"x3.5". It fits pretty nicely, I fabbed the 3 brackets for it from some Aluminum strips I got at Ace HArdware. I had to hack out the grilla little bit but I retained the actual grill rather than hace the whole thing out. I'll get some more pics of that later.
