who else uses steel intercooler piping? Does anyone have a rust problem? I just realized i have rust inside my piping. I guess that **** condensates in the winter... >.<

couple questions...
1. what are some ways of removing the rust INSIDE the piping?
2. what type of coat should i sprey inside if i remove all the rust to prevent it from rusting again?
3. what if i can't get rid of all the rust... will this be prone to a problem in the future?

i was told PB blaster breaks down rust, any other suggestions?

You will have to coat the inside of the pipes or have it made out of stainless or aluminum.

 

paint the **** inside the pipes with some spray ... that should work

 

BBQ Black rusto's....That paint wont chip up under extream heat....
