Default trouble clocking tubo

alright, so i am having trouble getting the oil return to face straight down. The only way i can move the center cartrige is to remove 4 10mm bolts. These bolts won't go in unless the return is about 45 degrees from being straight down.

Any suggestions.

loosen the bolts on the turbine side. It should have like a little plate under the screws that look like ( ). Then clock it

i lossened that but that only allows the turbine to move with the center. I need the center to move freely from the turbine.

If this is a DSM turbo, you're going to need to pull the compressor cover off and file down the tab that's keeping you from clocking it.
