TURBO stopped spinning! HELP!!! *PICS INSIDE*
Well, i decided that i want to rotate the center because the return fitting was on top. When i rotated, instead of just taking off the housing and setting it to my desire position, i rotated the the whole thing without taking off the housing. Which means that i also rotated the blue plate. On the third picture where you see two holes, those are the bolts i took off and then rotated it. Now it won't spin freely anymore. It still spins, only if i force it. Anybody know whats wrong?

you were suppose to loosen the bolts on the housing and just rotate the housing (compressor and exhaust side). that's how you clock the center. i think you took off the wrong bolts if you took off the ones on the center section....

Indeed. Move the backing plate and center housing back to where it was, and rotate the housings to get the oil return into the desired position.

Re: (Chip)
Since you took the bolts off from the chra, it is possible you unseated the seal on the thrust assembly and it is binding on the back plate.
I would do like the others said and carefuly rotate it back so the holes line up. Also be carefull bolting it back up. If the seal/thrustbearing assembly doesnt seat correctly and you force it, you can bend the turbine shaft. (dont ask how I know )
