Default Traction Help

I feel like I have exhausted my options to improve traction.

Here's my setup:
T3/T67
85mm LS/VTEC
LS Trans, Quaife LSD, Traction Bars, 235/60/15 w M/T @ 25psi
ACTXXRS 6puck (supposed to be rated at 487+ ft/lbs)
10K springs up front and 12K in back with dampers at stiffest setting
AVCR Boost controller

First gear starts to spin at ~12psi, 2nd @ 17psi, and 3rd @23psi

Maybe I am just reaching the limits of a DD/street FWD but I don't think so. The only thing else I can see is witching to a bias ply like the M&H Racemaster Street/Strip DOTs.

I really notice it in 3rd gear. It could also be wheel hop or the clutch slipping b/c it has quite a bit of shaking when it starts to slip.

Any suggestions?

Might consider some prothane inserts for the wheel hop, and also, what size tires are you running?

can't you lower the amount of boost per each gear some more? If not in first, surely you can in second and third right?

I have the energy suspension polyurethane inserts for all my mounts. I'll have to check them again, they are a little old now and may wearing or loose. I am running 26" tires with my already long gearing of the LS.

That is correct. I do have each gear set now to be just under the point were I start to spin. I do understand 1st and 2nd but I would think that in third I would be able to push more than 23psi with my setup and stick it. That should be around 500whp and with 26" drag radials, LSD, traction bars, stiff *** suspension it is not asking for too much is it?

It could also be the way I have the AVCR set up for the duty cycle for each RPM stage. I have it set up with max duty until about 4,500 and taper it down to the about 60% by 5,500 where I hit full boost. Maybe this is making the boost come on too hard/quickly?
