Default Torco UL Accelerator

I have been using Torco UL Accelerator in my fuel here to bump up the octane from 91 to 102 octane, as an alternative to outrageous shipping prices for Drums of race fuel. I am still on the fence as regards to Water / Meth kits for reliability. So far it seem to work really good, but I wanna get a concensus as to who else is using it and what they think? Torco Makes quality Fuels and Lubricants...

I'll try to find the article. But I read something where a company did lab tests and they proved that Octane boosters dont really work. Then again im sure you could find a article proving they do. Water / Meth kits have been proven to work if you buy a good not some home depot made kit. I've seen turbo setups running water / meth kits with no intercoolers. Some meth / water kits come with a alarm or light that lets you know when your out which you could wire directly into the ecu to trigger a "safe mode" which would really just retard the timing and add more fuel.

Torco Accelerator is not an Octane booster , more of a Race Fuel concentrate, Octane Booster give you a few decimal points up to a single number at best, but the Torco Accelerator can up the fuel from 91 to 95, 102 and 105 octane, I know mustang shelby guys here in town that have thier cars upgraded at the factory to put out more boost and have the 95 octane chips installed in thier ECU's, and they tried the Torco and raved about how well it worked, the owner of the local Ford deaslership here owns a Ford GT supercar, and he's been using the accelerator in his car since he bought it a few years ago, cause it just cant run properly on anything less than 95 octane, water meth kits are good too, but finind the right kits that have the right failsafes to cut boost when an alarm is triggered, I shopped around for ages tofind the best kit, and the biggest problem with them I was told was that untill the pressure build in the water meth line that runs from the pump to the injector in your intake, you don't get the misting effect that you need for it to mix properly, but you actually get a stream of water meth shooting into your intake with isn't good...The FJO kit was theonly one I saw that used an actual solenoid right at he meth injector that allowed pressure to build in the line to the injector first then it would open to spray a full mist into the air intake.
