i was wondering if its bad to use a bigger than nessisary intercooler for a smaller turbo, like a 28" x 6.5" x 2.25 (core size) from a drag kit for my 14b that i dont plan on anything over 200whp. the intercooler can support 400whp i was told.

You will be fine, you can never have too much intercooler
