792 posts and you dont have enough sense to post your setup or hp goals? powerband goals? street car? track monster? drag? Too big for what? 150whp? 200whp? 400whp?

well you should def decide what kinda hp you want once you are turbo. i think 230-250whp is pretty reasonable for a stock d. the turbo you mentioned is just a step up from a t3/t4 57trim, which is very popular for b-series motors. the .48 exhaust housing will help to spool a bit quicker but i think a 58mm 60trim compressor wheel might be a bit much for a stock motor. precision quotes the turbo at 565hp which seems overkill for a stock block d-series imo. obviosuly it will still add some power but it will probably be spooling too late to have too much fun with on the street.

maybe you could find some stock d-series with 50 or 57 trims and see how they like it. what kinda spool times, hp, and powerband they are getting and whatnot. the sc44 should be just a touch slower spooling than those turbos.

the turbo might be a little big for your stock D, but who knows....it depends on your goals for the car and future plans....i have a turbo of similar size on my stock engine GSR.......

My advice: read some other posts before making yourself look bad
