Default timing with JRSC on GSR

I have a boosted 2000 Acura Integra GSR. I have the JRSC on it with, JRSC boost timing controller, JRSC map sensor, JRSC cooler thermostat, JRSC fuel pressure regulator, JRSC FMU, NGK colder plugs, short ram intake, Greddy SP exhaust, DC sports 4-2-1 ceramic one piece header, stock fuel rail, stock injectors, and MSD spark plug wires. I am only running 6lbs. on my current set up, what should my timing be set on my distributor, and what should the setting be set at on the boost timing controller? I was told that on the actual distributor, it should be backed off a little, and then 2 degrees/clicks per pound of boost on the boost timing controller. Is this correct? Oh yeah, I am running 92 octane. Also, according to Jackson Racing timing is supposed to be set 7 degrees BTDC. Is this what would be acceptable? Or is it different depending on applications? One last question, what would my timing be with the CRV pulley at 10lbs. of boost? I was told that I could run stock timing if I used a water-injection liquid intercooled system like one from Jackson Racing.

set the distributor timing to stock, and set the BTC initially to the 12 o'clock position. this is 1 deg retard per pound of boost. then lower it two clicks and drive it and listen for pinging. if you hear any, move it up two clicks. if you dont hear any, move it down two more clicks and repeat, etc. i always run it conservatively in the summer at 1 deg but on cold nights (and if i want to go fast) i turn it to .6-.7 and still hear nothing. it all depends on the setup.
