Tial WG-boosting to 1 bar but I only need .5 bar. Spring Q
Tial WG (38mm) boosting to 1 bar but I only need .5 bar on my D16. I am using a TurboXS HPBC and it is getting the right vacuum signal.
Tialport site has these 2. Small Red (5.802 psi) OR Small Green (7.252 psi)

My question: Is there an advantage to running the Red or Green spring? I spent all my $ on parts and tuning and I would rather spend the $25 once. Help a poor boosthead out!
And does anyone have a link to RR one?

First thing I would do after verifying that you have everything hooked up correctly is pull the gate apart. Make sure what color and size spring you actually have in there. As far as your question about the red or the blue, if youre target is truly the 7.25 (.5 bar) then you can go with the small green. Whatever size is in there, that is the lowest boost pressure that you will be able to run. The boost controller will only allow you to add more boost, not lower it past the gate spring pressure rate.
