Default Tial fittings for SS Lines

what size is the Tial hole thread on the 44mm wastegate and BOV's to put a an fitting in for stainless steel lines. ??

also, is there any gain to dual solenoid on boost control?

The older Tial stuff use to be 10x1.5mm the newer stuff is 1/8ntp. I believe it says that on their website mang.

i didnt see anything on their site. I doubt its 1.8 npt, i have 2 new 44mm about a month or 2 old. They always use metric thread with a crush washer.

10x1.0 is correct.

For the blow-off valve, a 10x1.0 adapter is fine, however for the wastegate, you need to use a strat-o-seal or a thicker crush waasher to prevent the fitting from piercing the diaphragm.

I tried a few fittings, and Aeroquip # FCM2239 with a strat-o-seal was a perfect fit. We'll have a stainless/prolite vacuum line kit out soon

don't use the Metric thread int he wastegate, soem may tighten in too far and puncture diafram. It's 1/8"

The Tial Q BOV is not 1/8" however, I guess it is M10x1.0 ?
