What is the largest spring (allows for highest boost) that the 38mm can hold? What colour?

Bar/PSI Colour

.25 / 3.63 Small Yellow
.40 / 5.80 Small Red
.50 / 7.25 Small Green
.60 / 8.70 Small Blue
.70 / 10.15 Big Yellow
.80 / 11.60 Big Red
.90 / 13.05 Big Green
1.00 / 14.50 Big Blue

You can double them up too can't you? Like use a 14psi and a 7psi to give you 21psi total correct???

Never heard of that........maybe? Who knows?

Why not just buy a manual/electric boost controller and raise it normally?

Yes you can. You can only duoble up using one small spring and one big spring.
