Default throwing map sensor

The shop just told me they finished installing my greddy turbo on a 2000 gsr and everything is running great, but also informed me that the car is idling really bad due to something related to the map sensor. Now I need the car tomorrow and I'm wondering if it would do more damage than harm if I took the car out of the shop and drove it to work or just call in sick for work and leave it in the shop till monday.

you can drive your car but DONT BOOST cuz your blue box and map sensor is not working properly so your gona be lean
and btw 2000 gsr is obd3 so your blue box is working only whit obd2
you need to convert your whire to obd2
good luck

did they use the stock map sensor? how much boost are you running?

the stock honda map sensors are only good for about 2 BAR above vacuum. thats about 14 PSI, but I wouldn't go above 10 PSI on the stock ones.

Just use check valves if your throwing map sensor code. Put like 3 chekc valves before the map sensor. If three doesnt work then put 4. That should solve the problem. Honda arent suppose to read boost, so you can trick it by putting check valves in.
