Default throwing 7 different codes (need help)

problem

1. cylinder 1 misfire
2. cylinder 2 misfire
3. cylinder 3 misfire
4. cylinder 4 misfire
5. 02 sensor reacting slow
6. cat not functioning right ( i think it could be clogged up, bought it used)
7. random misfire

what i've done so far

i assumed that the problem with the o2 senor code coming on was that my o2 sensor was broke. so i bought another 02 sensor (used) and put it in. Resetted ecu, but the light came on again.

I haven't pulled out my spark plugs to check for any problems. i dont know why i'm misfiring in all 4 cylinders. about 2 months ago it said i was only misfiring in cylinder 1. do i need a new distributor? (i only have 29k miles on my car, 9k boosted miles)

history

about 3 months ago i misshifted gears and damaged some valves. had a 30% compression leak in cylinders 1 and 3. i had the valves replaced and the problem was fixed...

present

i don't know what to do next, should i get another compression test? my idle is kinda low and sometimes it bogs. also when i turn on the a/c at idle my car rattles hardcore, it looks like it's coming from the fans, no clue. the idle isnt that bad, but it doesnt have a repeating rythme.
-so 1-4 cylinder's misfiring, cat could be damaged or just clogged. what to do??? help please... anything, thanks in advance

that sucks alot.

I would first to all of the standard checks on the main parts.

check your timing.
check the gap in your plugs.

is your fuel bad? or is this something that happens all the time?

do you have an ability to data log your setup?

what do you mean by o2 acting slow?

are you obd1 or obd2?

if obd1, then just get a straight pipe till your other problems are fixed

im obd2, the primary o2 sensor is slow to relay information to ecu i think.
i cant data log, i use 93 octane. how do i check my timing?

why dont you go to square 1 just to let you know a faulty o2 can cause so many problems and throw codes to send you in the wrong direction. first put your **** back to TDC and put your cams back and make sure that is lined up, then start the car and and pull a plug wire and use a screw driver to test for spark. Do that to all four cylinders. Are you getting fuel too pull a plug to see if it is wet. could you be off a few teeth on your cams. hhmm... I hope that you didnt put your plug wires on wrong... nah I dont think that you are that stupid. you gave to vague of a description but I hope I could point you in the right direction

im on a stock block, the turbo kits been on for 3 months.

-type24 intercooler
-type s bov
-NGK copper plugs (had them on for 3k miles)
-custom 3' downpipe w/ 3' cat
-mandrel bent 3' piping to an 80mm n1 muffler

anything else to list? can a cylinder midfire mean i might be losing compression? i think i will get my timing checked out and replace my plugs..
