throttle cutout
Not sure if this is the right section but I have been having a problem with my throttle cutting out. Setup is b16 with precision 5454 and supporting parts. The issue occurs randomly while driving but pretty much every time I take the car out doesn't matter if I'm cruising at steady speed or full throttle or anywhere in between just cuts throttle sometimes resulting in violent jerking. I have already replaced the tps and it has a 2 year old hondata 4 bar map sensor. I'm thinking something in the tune which is on hondata s300 by the way, however is been on the same tune for 3 years and this just started last summer. If anyone has had similar experience or issues any ideas on a solution would be appreciated Thanks

You're on hondata, hook up your laptop, record some logs when it happens or setup the ecu to record all the time.
When it happens download the log and post it here.
Could be the map sensor could be a corrupt file.
Any other suggestions is a shot in the dark by a blind man with a slingshot.

Re: throttle cutout
it could be one of many things
failing fuel pump, ignition issue, fueling issue, sensor and/or wiring issue, ecu issue, tune issue, etc.
A log file would help us narrow down exactly what it wrong, so long as the issue is in a system that the ecu monitors
