I'm ordering a new turbo tonight (woohoo) and I've been looking at the t3/60-1. The only thing is I'm not sure what they are rated to. .63 and .48 a/r....anyone have any idea?

the .63 with a stage 5 wheel has made over 600whp I believe

 

Depends on the motor, stock bore I dont think a Stg5 would make over 575whp. From what I have learned the effeciency range of the 60-1 compressor wheel is about 25-26psi, then it starts pumping heat. That is the reason I sold mine.

 

Its actually goin on a 1.8 miata lol...Im just not sure if the .48 a/r would support 500whp

they will hold over 500 w/o a problem

 

the most hp seen on an 81mm b series vtec with it is around 550. you can see closer to or more than 600 on a larger bore.
