Default Thoughts on Drag turbo kits

Just looking for general thoughts. I would be looking at it as a jumping off point. Would proably order it some what custom and for go things like the FMU and Deltagate. I have tried buliding a custom kit and not had much luck due to self control issues I have. Thanks for any insights. This is for an h22a so I would proably be looking at the gen 4 kit. Thanks again.

Im happy with my drag kit. People complain about the wastegate placement on teh manifold, but I have had no problems spiking. I did upgrade to a Tial though. The piping is nice and shiney, and PERFECT fit. Overall the quality is good and a complete kit.

Things I dont like about it:
-shitty oil return line
-no flange on downpipe

I say go for it, especialy since I think import parts is having a sale.

I liked my drag kit, and never really had any problems with it (except for the ring lands on my pistons ) I would definetly upgrade the return lines. But overall I was impressed. Never had any boost creep using the deltagate and drag manifold. Good luck.
Hey since you aren't too far away from me there is a big event in wichita on May30th at WIR wichita international raceway. Check out our post "meet in the midwest" in the events forum for more info if you are interested.

Yeah I have heard about the meet from a friend of mine that lives down in Wichita. Not sure if I will be able to make it though I am moving around that time so I will be pretty busy. I am going to try but doubt I do.

My friend started out with the Drag kit. He liked it, bling bling yo! The only thing he didnt like was the manifold. (wastegate placement). I got the revhard kit. Its nice, but no bling pipes. The only thing I would not use is the FMU, and Missing Link. I would try to go on something better like a hondata or AEM if you can.

I had the drag3 kit also. I liked it. I was using the deltspike with a gm boost solenoid and had no problems.
