there goes my Valves???
I believe my tensioner gave out on me but i drove the car home the rest of the way. There was no loud sounds or anything when the belt got lose but i def lost about 60% power. my question basically is, are my valves done? is my head finished or?? car starts up and runs fine. but the timing completly jumps back and forth. what should i do?

Re: (spets)
FIRST YOU SHOULD TAKE A XANAX!!!!
you need to put the belt on properly then do a compression/leakdown test. you probably already had some leakdown but if you get real low compression or large amount of leakdown then yes you need to pull the head for valve work.
