thanks for your input. I'll now cross you off the list as a possible vendor.

i'm glad you voiced your opinion so I didn't waste my money helping your business.
I find it funny when vendors jump in the name-game. What do you have to say now that Anthony (spark racing) is gonna replace it for free? maybe they do get them from out of country, but atleast he stands be what he sells.</TD></TR></TABLE>
I'm glad that Kyle and many other HT sponsors don't carry subpar products. Luckily most of the people on here are educated by experiences like these and save the money to buy quality stuff the first time around, or pick up good used products on the cheap. My MaxRev IC, while nothing too fancy, is so much better built than that IC that is is disgusting and the price difference really isn't bad at all relative to the cost of the MaxRev kit vs the Spark kit. Not to disrespect RedTegLS at all, can't fault a guy for trying to jump on a good deal... but I have learned my lesson and no longer go for these kind of products - I wait and and save until I can afford something worth buying. I may not have the fastest car around, but at least I have fewer headaches from shitty parts breaking on me. Go run their manifold, WG, IC, etc.. and have a fun time for a little while

No disrespect taken........This is my first go round with a turbo and I think I am doing ok so far. I have already purchased a Tial WG that will be here around Monday. Spark is sending me a new intercooler. That one really did have a defect in the manufacturing process. I will post close up pics of both endtanks.

Do u remember the days when H-T had no sponsors? when there were no H-T vendors? When if u posted a question you got an unbiased answer and did not have 10 replies of, "I have it if u need it," "I have it in stock," "I'll sell it cheaper." The people who sold stuff on H-T back then truly did help out H-T members because they were H-T members themselves. They were not here to ***** out products and make a quick buck. Back then we would not have put up w/ half the products that are on this site nowadays. The fact of the matter is that the Spark Racing manifold sucks, and now we know that the intercooler is a P.O.S. too. Of course they stand behind their product! Newbies will always come around and buy **** from them, but the people who have been on H-T a long time know what Spark Racing and a few others are all about. If they get horrible intercoolers like this? and get their manifolds from taiwan? what makes u think they won't build their motors w/ harbor frieght tools? or pay someone to do it who is in-experienced because they can pay them less? Kyle was an H-T member who was here to learn and ask questions just like you and I before he ever became a vendor. Now he gives back to h-t what he has learned and also sells some nice quality products. He is not in it to make a quick buck and ***** out some **** from taiwan. Anyways, what he said was not anything that most the H-T veteren's weren't thinking already.

It's funny that I read Chris's post and was talking to him last night about it...
it seems like H-T are now so biased in a lot of opinions, I am happy that the FI forum is growing by leaps and bounds, new ideas are coming in, new inventions and again I always believe this, innovation comes from a lack of something.
Honda people are one of the smartest people in the industry, we know how thing works, we know how to make things works. But at the same token, with new growth, new faces, new vendors, new sponsors and not too mention a lot of FIERCE COMPETITIONS started happening, in return new vendors needs to cut cost, find cheaper solutions and ULTIMATELY, SHITTIER PRODUCTS !!
I have never heard of a broken or crack endtanks, I think this is a clear evidence of cutting cost to get the business and deal with it later. Back in the days, Spearc was the only one out there, and their casted endtanks are at least 1/4" thick..
Lesson to learn, Cheaper cost, lowballing between vendors is a good immediate benefit to the consumers, but think about the ULTIMATE price your paying as far as cheap *** quality.
There's a huge difference between COST vs VALUE.

stan hit it on the nail, people turn this hobby into a business for all the wrong reasons, and by running around to find the cheapest price on anything, you're only screwing yourself, as in this broken endtank, thats weaksauce.
Im a cheap guy, but ill fork out the big $$ for quality parts.

GUYS! The bottom line is that I did not know the intercooler was cheap until it broke. I really appreciate all of your input but maybe a mod could lock this thread or something?
lol, you dont have to be embarassed because spark's intercoolers suck.
let the thread stay open so others dont make the same mistake of buying a spark racing I/C.
