Take a look at this CRAP!

Happened tonight while installing my turbo kit. Has this happened to anyone else? We were not being overforceful at all. Just trying to get the intercooler up to the bumper and POP! Help me out if you know of any fixes or anything cause money has ran out and I doubt the place that sold it gonna help me.

Yes its a Spark intercooler. Right from the moment I saw it I thought it looked kind of cheap. Its got like silver spray paint all over it. So it can be re-welded? matt, thanks so much for the offer. Amazingly I found someone in my tiny little town that is an awesome welder! Where can I get the aluminum pipe?

The welder guy should know where to get al pipe... Or you can call some steel yards. Look in the phone book.

rather than trying to repair that, I'd just cut off the end entirely and put in a whole new piece.. maybe you can even go with a different length so it is easier to get in and out

WOW, high quality

I wouln't put that on my car. Get something else, if it cracks like that on the install I can't imagine what the first pebble at 80MPH will do.

Exaclty i woudlnt put that on my car, but im just like that. It sucks though, see if you can get some type of warranty replacement.

Never seen anything like that and yes it look cheap

looks like junk endtanks. The tanks are made in China and welded here. Prone to boost leaks at the welds
