So a friend of mine has this turbo. Its a turbonetics T3/TO4E 57 trim stage3. The turbo was oil starved due to a oil line breaking. Its been sitting for a while. The turbine is hard to spin. I was going to buy it from my friend and get it rebuilt. I currently have it and took it apart. It has the big shaft. When I removed the shaft I saw its burned pretty bad. Its purple and brown where it rides on the rear bushing. Will the shaft have to be replaced or can they fix that? If I was to rebuild the turbo myself and just get it balanced where can I find the parts I would need?

I have looked online and found rebuild kits but not the shaft and exhaust turbine. Any help tips would be appreciated.
