Default t3/t04b?

Anyone know what kind of hp a t3/t04b super v,stage 3 wheel w/ .63a/r can support?Will this be a good match for a GSR?

Basically if someone can tell me in laymens terms..what's the difference between the B and E trims..I would really appreciate it.

B and E refers to the compressor size.The E is larger than the B
