t25 (reversion) need some help
I have searched and read Maximum boost, but im wondering is reversion really going to be that much of a problem on a d16 boosting 6-8 pounds on a t25? The reason is, I dont want engine damage cause im not really changing interal parts, but wont the wastegate with manual boost controller control the excess exhaust to a minimum...thanks for your help

that turbo is originally from a 2.0L (dsm turbo i assume) that revs just as high as your d16. reversion shouldnt even be a consideration!

Re: t25 (SOHC_MShue)
Thanks guys also you think i should run more boost on stock internals...its a daily driver...just doing a DIY turbo for the experience...i dont really need to feel the boost...but more torque = more fun...
