Default T25 homemade setup car is breaking up

Its a homemade turbo setup with a t25 turbo. side mount and inercooler piping oviously. Ive been searching around for injectors off of Dsm's Should I go wit the Blue top manual style 450's or the Auto 390's. Also running a stock fuel pump which im going and buying the high flow 255hf pump tomorrow. The Car sputters and breaks up when starting out but will be fine while holding boost up high unless I mash the pedal. It's on a 97 Honda Civic EX d16y8. Now my other concern is when I put these 2 things parts in the car can I run it off the stock ecu and not getting the spiking or studdering or Will I have to go with a p28 chipped neptune? Thanks sorry for the newb question's just got the car last week and already threw a turbo on it.

your going to need something to turn down the DSM injectors... V-AFC would be your cheapest route, which it looks like you are going for.

Thats what I was thinking also to do that but am I still gonna have to go obd1 or can I just use V-AFC. I used to have a turboed Celic GTS and the stock computer could handle it. Just wonder if its gonna have to be chipped or can I run w injectors n pump and not have to chip the computer and go ob1 and just run the V-AFC?
