Default switch from china to precision

hi, i'm replacing my cousing eg gsr swap turbo (china) for a precision 5454e
.63ex/.60 comp .54 trim. The car have a .63ex/.60 trim.57 and quietly she
eat some hondas with the last in brands. Now my question, if i only switch
the turbos at the same boost level 16psi. The precision have to make more
flow that the china. Did you guys recomend lower the boost to start a new
setting or start from here?

any help will be appreciate
thanks

Do you think turn off the boost controller and run the 14.7 psi spring is in the
safe way or swap to a 8psi spring.

To be safe, definitely turn the boost way down to start tuning.

The increased turbine flow will mean the engine will flow more air with the same manifold pressure (engine will be lean).

Also, the more efficient compressor will be making that boost less out of heat and more out of extra air (engine will be even leaner).

I would think a whole new tune should be done since theres going to be diffrent values across the whole map. Be safe tune it

agree, i made a new tune from the bin i make when i put the car together.
Ended at 14psi @ 16.5* on 93 pump. the car feel's a lot more fast but start
raining, more fine tune tomorow and saturday the track will talk. The map is very equal from the other, but i'm able to add more time with less psi.
