Yes you can run more then 5psi.

Also get a turbo you won't regret it.

but can i stay stock where i can i find info on this how many psi i can run on a stock LS motor i don't want to run the peak psi cause then i'll have a worse chance of blowin it up

Click on the FAQ above as I said. Also you note the search button at the top right hand corner.. You can make 300whp on your stock LS reliably you won't get near that with your supercharger. Um yeah search or prepare to be flamed.
