Default supercharged B20/vtec help!

I need some advise. I'm having a B20z built with 10.5 arias pistons and H beam rods. The head is a fully built type r head that has a mild P&P. I have the JRSC M62 kit and I just ordered the LHT aftercooler system. Anybody know what psi I can run safely on this B20 with the M62 without worrying about cracking the sleeves? And what pulley combination would give me that psi? I know it has a lot to do with tuning and I have a Phearable.net chipped P28 and Hondata. I'm hoping to get it tuned by Slowmotion Motorsports at the end of the month.

b20 sleeves are thin in between cylinders, not ideal for boosted applications not sure on the output of that supercharger but id have to say safley with the compression raio maybe 7-8 psi boost with a good tune. you could run more but idk how reliable it will be on stock sleeves

psi is irrelevant as it can vary just on choice of header, what i would be more concerned on is HP. now with that said, make sure you take into account the 10% (or more) drive train loss associated with these roots style blowers as i wouldn't push the motor more then what a typical turbo application would push on stock sleeves.

Yeah I was asking about the PSI because I figured I won't hit the HP limit with the supercharger. I was running 11psi before, but that was on my type r block. I'm thinking 9psi would be safe on the B20 with 10.5 comp. I don't have any B20 experience though. I'm shooting for 275whp.

the block should be able to handle 275whp BUT with a supercharger like stated above you have to take in account the amount of hp being lost from the charger bcause in actuallity your makign more than 275 to obtain 275 and yo might start pushing the limits of the thin sleeves

As for pulley configuration, if you were at 11 psi on a 1.8 you should be at your goal of 8-9 on the 2l with no changes. (estimation)

ok an update: I installed the LHT aftercooler system and I'm running a type r crank pulley and a 4" supercharger pulley. On the dyno it made 235whp at 6psi. I want to be in the 8-10psi range. What do you guys think about the B20 crank pulley with a 3.4" supercharger pulley? Would that put me in range?

One or the other would be enough to get you there.
