Default Suggestions on turbo setup

I'm looking for some suggestions for a turbo setup for my dc. It's going to be a daily driver still and I still want to retain ac. I know the greddy and edelbrock kits are 50 state legal? but the edelbrock one comes with everything. My car is already at 112k. Should go with some pistons and other misc parts and rebuild the motor? I don't plan on boosting over 10 psi maybe at most 12-15 psi, I just want a nice daily to drive around. Any help or advice would be helpful. Oh I forgot, My car is a 97 RS with the stock b18b.

PSI doesnt mean ****...your goals should be in terms of HP. I'd keep critiquing your post but i have a broken finger and dont feel like typing
