Default suggestions on setup

hi,
Running 94 b18c, everything stock.
I have picked the gt28rs turbo, .86 turbine housing a/r
now I'm looking at the rest of the setup -

any suggestions on the manifold? I'm looking lower cost ($400 max), I like the idea of equal length manifolds but i'm not sure if I can get one for that price or if i'm screwing over my setup by going for something cheap.

the intercooler is probably going to be one of those johnnyracecar ones. comments on that choice? I have a honda CRX, so space is somewhat limited.

BOV = ?? I'm totally lost here. I dont care about the whoosh. Are they all the same in functionality? I'm going cheap and functional. It doesnt have to be shiny.

Management = Hondata, I like the interface.

general suggestions, anything anywhere is greatly appreciated

I wouldn't go cheap at all with a turbo kit if I was you. Just save up, and do it all right the first time. Turbo is something you really shouldn't go cheap with, IMO.

Or you could save up and get something very nice like One-Fab, around 800 or Full Race.

Or you could pull 630whp with a neukin and save 200-600 dollars.
